The Delaware State Fair is excited for Sugarland to return to the Delaware State Fair for the first time since 2007. The country music duo of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush are embracing a creative rebirth, a musical awakening that permeates their adventurous fourth album, The Incredible Machine. “We are in a place of discovery,” Jennifer says. “It is the essence of who we are as people in this band. There is never a moment where we think, ‘This is good enough.’ There’s always a place for growth.” And what they’ve created is a dynamic masterwork. Co-written and co-produced in full by Jennifer and Kristian, The Incredible Machine is a soaring album elevated by sky-high choruses, ringing guitars, and pulsing drums that recall the beating of the album’s titular engine, the human heart.
New Orchestra Pit Seating
New in 2012, the Delaware State Fair has developed a new orchestra pit section that brings the fan closer to the artist than ever before. The “pit” section is located just feet away from the stage and will be a general admission, standing room only (with no chairs) section. Due to the limited number of tickets available for this area, make sure you sign up for our email list for updates and opportunities to purchase tickets in advance. The “pit” is general admission standing room only (with no chairs) and tickets are priced at $94. All other tickets (track, stadium, grandstand and clubhouse) will be reserved seating with chairs. Concert attendance does require the purchase of a separate gate admission ticket.
The NEW Orchestra Pit section (“Pit”) is general admission, standing with no chairs. These Pit tickets can be purchased under the PRICE, LOCATION, & SECTION tabs. Pit tickets cannot be purchased under “Best Available”.
