ALL-YOUTH TALENT SHOWCASE WINNERS ANNOUNCED

HARRINGTON, DE - July 25, 2005

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

On July 24, the Delaware State Fair and WBD presented the All-Youth Talent Showcase. The Delaware Electric Cooperative tent was filled to the max as family members and onlookers supported the more than 30 contestants. Contestants ranged in age from 13 to 21 providing severals styles of talents.

In the end, five contestants were honored, including 1st Place: Joseph & Waylon Sprowl of Harrington, DE; 2nd Place (tie): Ryan Touhey of Newark, DE and Laura Vasquez of Milford, DE; 3rd Place: Sierra Spicer of Laurel, DE; and Honorable Mention: Christonee Hudson of Seaford, DE.

Prizes were awarded to each winner, and the first place winners received a trip to view the taping of "One Tree Hill" courtesy of the WBD.###
