You'll make tracks to the Fair as you learn the complete entertainment lineup for the 85th annual Delaware State Fair in Harrington! According to the Fair's public relations and marketing director, Tricia Southard, this year's lineup is unlike anything patrons have experienced before. This year, the Fair offers a variety of entertainment for children of all ages ... three of the country music's hottest acts, a rock group with several #1 hits, an American Idol, a night of favorites from the 70's, and an Irish dance sensation. The Fair will also present several motorized events, including a Monster Truck show and two demolition derbies.

The Fair opens Thursday, July 22 with "Free Preview Night". Visitors can take advantage of the FREE gate admission and experience the Fair first hand. A DEMOLITION DERBY, kicks off opening night at the Wilmington Trust Grandstand with a second demolition derby being presented Friday, July 30. Aside from demolition derbies, motor sports enthusiasts can enjoy A NIGHT OF FIRE AND DESTRUCTION MONSTER TRUCK SHOW, featuring BIG FOOT, SNAKE BITE, and MOPAR MAGIC-the most popular Monster Truck teams-scheduled for Friday, July 23.

On stage, the Fair presents three of the hottest country sensations in one place! On Sunday, July 25, Cruzan Rum Presents: KENNY CHESNEY's GUITARS, TIKI BARS, and a whole lot of Love supported by 97.5 & 105.9 FM CAT Country. On Wednesday, July 28, enjoy an evening with TOBY KEITH presented by the next FORD F-150 and supported by 92.9 FM WDSD. On the closing night of the Fair, Saturday, July 31, Coors Light presents RASCAL FLATTS with support from Froggy 99, 99.9 FM WWFG.

If rock is more your style, you'll be excited to learn the Fair offers STAIND in concert on Saturday, July 24 supported by the rock station, 93.5 FM WZBH, The BEACH. With chart-topping international success, STAIND has been a global phenomenon since 1999.

Baby boomers, and those with an ear for the sounds of the 70's, will enjoy an evening with AMERICA and THREE DOG NIGHT together in concert on Monday, July 26. Best known for their international hit, "Horse With No Name," classic rockers AMERICA have been making hits on and off since the 1970's. THREE DOG NIGHT, one of the most popular and distinctive bands in the world, enters its fourth decade with an exciting new CD. In the years 1969 through 1974, no other group had more top 10 hits, moved more records or sold more concert tickets.

Fans of American Idol will want to visit the Fair Tuesday, July 27 to enjoy the extraordinary voice and style of CLAY AIKEN whose debut album "Measure Of A Man," sold more copies than any other album by a debuting solo artist since 1993.

Fairgoers will be dancing in the aisles on Governor's Day, Thursday, July 29, along with the International sensation, SPIRIT OF THE DANCE-one of the most successful shows ever to come out of Ireland and seen by more than twenty-five million people. This heart-pounding production features a spectacular blend of traditional Irish culture in conjunction with passionate Latino rhythms of Flamenco and Red-Hot Salsa.
