Delaware State Fair Stock

Delaware State Fair stock is available and currently selling for $400.00 a share.  Owning stock entitles you to an invitation to the annual stockholders' dinner/meeting that is normally held the second Monday in June and a gate admission pass that allows free admission into the Fair at any time during the ten days of Fair.  If you are interested in purchasing stock, you may print and complete a Sale of Stock form.  Please follow the instructions on the form and send with a check made payable to Delaware State Fair.

If you are interested in transfering stock, you may print and complete a Stock Transfer Document form.  Please follow the instructions on the form.  We will also need your original stock certificate.  You will need to sign the back of the certificate on the bottom right-hand line.  A Notary will need to witness your signature on the left-hand line, under "In Presence Of".  The cost for transferring stock is $10.00 for each new certificate.  Please send your check made payable to Delaware State Fair, along with the signed original stock certificate and transfer document form.
