The Dover Building is the Delaware State Fair's newest and increasingly popular rental facility due to recent upgrades and modernization. This multi-purpose building offers space for over-sized trade show events, and its proximity to the Exhibit Hall makes this a great option for events requiring multiple facilities.

Electric and Gas billed at current rate per usage. Meters will be read before and after an event.

Flat fee based on facility usage. Responsibilities include: keeping restroom(s) cleaned, maintained and stocked appropriately.

Renter shall furnish, at his own expense, a minimum of $1,000,000 worth of Property Damage / Public Liability Insurance specifically naming Delaware State Fair, Inc. as ADDITIONAL INSURED and provide proof of same on or before ten days prior to the rental event. It is understood that if no certificate is furnished by said date, the event shall be cancelled and any agreement shall be declared null and void and all deposits kept by the fair as forfeiture.
