The Kent Building is one of the largest buildings located on the fairgrounds and allows for a variety of year-round events. Shows requiring 80,000 sq. ft. may consider the Schabinger Pavilion as a companion to this rental facility due to its proximity.

Utilities

Electric billed at current rate per usage. Meters will be read before and after an event.

Insurance Requirements

Renter shall furnish, at his own expense, a minimum of $1,000,000 worth of Property Damage / Public Liability Insurance specifically naming Delaware State Fair, Inc. as ADDITIONAL INSURED and provide proof of same on or before ten days prior to the rental event. It is understood that if no certificate is furnished by said date, the event shall be cancelled and any agreement shall be declared null and void and all deposits kept by the fair as forfeiture.
