Unique to the Mid-Atlantic region, this multi-purpose, converted 80,500 sq. ft. facility is able to host a wide range of activities. The building was constructed in 1997 and dedicated in honor of Board Member and Representative G. Robert "Bobby" Quillen.

Utilities

Electric billed at current rate per usage. Meters will be read before and after an event.

Restroom Personnel

Flat fee based on facility usage. Responsibilities include: keeping restroom(s) cleaned, maintained and stocked appropriately.

Insurance Requirements

Renter shall furnish, at his own expense, a minimum of $1,000,000 worth of Property Damage / Public Liability Insurance specifically naming Delaware State Fair, Inc. as ADDITIONAL INSURED and provide proof of same on or before ten days prior to the rental event. It is understood that if no certificate is furnished by said date, the event shall be cancelled and any agreement shall be declared null and void and all deposits kept by the fair as forfeiture.
