TOM & JERRY POWER TIME
FRIDAYS 6:35PM – 6:55PM
This 20 minutes power skating class is for both  figure skaters and hockey players that want to sharpen their skills.  This class is a walk on class $10 per day, purchased online in advance.  Must be a Squirt – Bantam level or have Basic 4 Learn To Skate.  Contact Jerry at Santoferrara@aol.com for more information.

FUNDAMENTAL HOCKEY SKILLS CLINIC & POWER SKATING II
Cost: $45 for all Sessions. Walk Ons are Welcomed
Dates and times:
Feb 17th at 3:00 pm
Feb 19th at 6:25 pm
Feb 25th at 4 pm

  • Each 1 hour long session. Groups switch after half hour

  • Instructors: Wayne Evans and Dina Wolff

    • Half Ice: Ages 6U, 8U, 10U

    • Fundamentals of stick handling, passing and shooting

    • Small area games

    • Half Ice: Ages 12U thru 14U

  • Fundamentals of edge work and power skating

  • Focus on Body Posture for better edge control

    • building muscle memory

    • Building full body rhythm for increased speed

BODY CONTACT CONFIDENCE CLASS

  • Instructor Wayne Evans

  • Ages 12-16

  • This is not a checking clinic. This clinic is dedicated to improving the hockey IQ of a player though teaching when and how to angle, steer, and stay out of harm’s way. The clinic will also work on gap control. Drills will include close quarter battles.

Gritty not Pretty I

  • Proper Checking and Angling Fundamentals for players 13 to 16 for the
    2024-25 season.

    • 4 Mondays (Mar. 11th, 18th, 25th & Apr 1st)

    • COST: $80, Walk Ons are welcome. Fee: $25.

    • 1hr. sessions

    • Time: 6:45 pm

This clinic is dedicated to improving the physical aspect of the game. This class will work on teaching how not to get hurt thru knowing how to angle, clos gaps and executing a check, as well receiving a check safely, proper body positioning, corner battles, crashing the net, playing with intensity, one on one battles and more. Make your weakness your strength!
Space is limited!
Class is ONLY open to 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008 Birthyears.

Gritty not Pretty II
(Continuation of Advanced Checking Skills for players who took Gritty I)

  • Lessons to create an environment with less distractions and more individual attention.

  • Main instructors: Wayne Evans, Dina Wolff

    • 4 Consecutive Mondays (Mar 11th, 18th, 25th, Apr 1st)

    • COST: $80, Walk Ons are welcome. Fee: $25.

    • Time: 5:30 pm

  • These sessions include 50-minute semi-private lessons and 10 minutes of free time to work on what was taught.

  • There will be a max of 8 players per coach.

  • Lessons will work on a variety of skills and can be requested.

  • Players must have completed Learn to Play.
