The 330-acre site has undergone major improvements over the past six years and has been deemed the state's "growing entertainment complex" by the Kent County Tourism Convention and Visitors Bureau. The fairgrounds are home to the annual ten-day Fair in July, Harrington Raceway & Casino, The Centre Ice Rink, and numerous year-round rental events.
