SENSORY ACTIVATION VEHICLE | The Delaware State Fair, in partnership with KultureCity, offers a climate-controlled Sensory Activation Vehicle (SAV) featuring calming lights, soft seating, sensory tools, and a quiet space for guests to decompress. Available all 10 days of the fair. Learn More
ADA FAMILY RESTROOMS |Â Family ADA Restroom are located next to the Grove Restrooms located on the Northern part of the fairgrounds next to the Department of Agriculture and DNREC Buildings. Private rooms feature air conditioning, additional needed space, sinks, baby changing tables, and showers. Accessible stalls have been identified in all restrooms throughout the fairgrounds.
NURSING MOTHERS STATION | The Nursing Mother’s Area is located next to the Grove Restrooms located on the Northern part of the fairgrounds next to the Department of Agriculture and DNREC Buildings. Private rooms feature air conditioning, sinks, baby changing table and a comfortable rocking chair to help make the feeding procees comfortable for the mother and baby.
MOBILITY EQUIPMENT | CND Scooters offers daily rentals of wheelchairs, scooters, strollers, and rollators inside the Main Gate beginning at 11:00 AM. To reserve equipment, call 1-863-368-3000. *Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted.
REFILLABLE WATER STATION | Bring your refillable water bottle with you! Memorial Hall, located at the north end of the Fairgrounds has a free water bottle refill station inside (bonus: air conditioning and seating available for a quick rest).
Parking |Â Free general parking is available daily at the Delaware State Fair.
VIP Parking | Available for purchase and offers convenient access to the Fairgrounds. Just a short walk from the Main Gate. Learn More
Handicap Parking |Â Located behind the Administration Building in the fenced blacktop lot. Please enter through the Main Fair entrance off South DuPont Highway. Guests must display a valid accessible parking permit or credentials to access the lot. If the handicap parking lot is full, a designated ADA drop-off area is available next to the Main Gate.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up | A convenient Cell Phone Lot located in our Yellow Lot is located off Fairgrounds Road behind Mountaire Farms for passenger pick-up and drop-off.
Shuttle Service | Guests parking in the general parking lot may use the ADA-accessible shuttle by boarding at the designated shuttle stop area in the Orange/Purple Parking Lot. An ADA wheelchair-accessible shuttle also operates on the east side of the Fairgrounds, serving all designated shuttle stops shown on the Fairgrounds Map.

COOLERS, FOOD & DRINKS
Guests are welcome to bring coolers, food, and non-alcoholic beverages onto the Fairgrounds. Enjoy your meals at one of the many picnic and seating areas throughout the Fair.
RAIN GEAR
The Delaware State Fair is a rain-or-shine event. We recommend bringing umbrellas, rain jackets, towels, and wearing appropriate footwear if rain is in the forecast.
Please note: Umbrellas may not be opened during Grandstand concerts.
STAY COOL
Personal fans, cooling towels, and other cooling accessories are encouraged. You can also cool off by visiting one of our many air-conditioned buildings throughout the Fairgrounds.
