Welcome to episode 7 of our “See You at the Fair” audio updates!
In this episode we are reviewing the implementation of a new “Code of Conduct,” particularly focused on the policy regarding unaccompanied minors. According to this policy, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 21 or older, after 7 p.m. This measure aims to enhance the safety and well-being of all attendees, especially the youth. Exceptions to this rule include those with valid concert tickets who can attend concerts without adult supervision, as well as certain organized groups such as schools or summer camps. The fair organizers emphasize the importance of reviewing the Code of Conduct on the Delaware State Fair’s website to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The new policy will be enforced at all entry gates during the fair.
