BUILDINGS ON THE FAIRGROUNDS
4-H & FFA Building (The Centre)
The Centre Ice Arena is home to 4-H and FFA during the 10 days of fair; however, in the off season (June and August), it is the perfect location for your indoor event rental. The Centre includes smaller venues within the facilities, as well as a large indoor space covering 20,000 square feet.
Delmarva Building (Poultry Barn)
The Delmarva Building is the Delaware State Fair’s newest rental facility. This multi-purpose building offers space for trade shows, craft shows, markets, livestock shows, and job fairs with convenient access.
The Dover Building is the Delaware State Fair’s increasingly popular rental facility. This multi-purpose building offers space for banquets, trade shows, and job fairs with convenient access.
Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall at the Delaware State Fair is the most popular rental facility. This multi-purpose building has hosted a variety of events including wedding receptions, proms, trade shows, and livestock seminars among many others.
The Kent Building is one of the largest open buildings located on the fairgrounds and allows for a variety of year round events. Trade Shows, livestock expositions, and craft shows are just a few of the past events held in the Kent Building.
M&T Bank Grandstand
The perfect location for your performance, the stage offers maximum exposure to the M&T Bank Grandstand, stadium, clubhouse, and additional track seating. It is the premier outdoor concert venue on the Delmarva Peninsula.
Unique to the Mid-Atlantic region, the covered, multi-purpose 80,500 square foot facility boasts 41,400 square feet of arena space surrounded by bleachers. The Quillen Arena is capable of hosting a variety of events ranging from horse shows to motocross exhibitions and live boxing.
The Schabinger Pavilion is one of the largest buildings located on the fairgrounds and allows for a variety of year-round events including livestock shows, craft shows, expositions, large ceremonies, and many others.
