For your child’s safety and others around them, it is important that your child does not sit on an adult’s shoulders, stand on their chair or stand in the aisle way. Please help us to make this a safe experience for all!

Is a Mask Required?

Based on recently issued Delaware Department of Public Health guidance, effective Friday May 21, 2021, individuals who are fully vaccinated will not be required to wear a face mask while anywhere on the fairgrounds (inside and outside) such as the M&T Bank Grandstand for concerts. Individuals who are not full vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.

What is Pit A and Pit B

In order to enhance the safety and enjoyment of our PIT (our premium GA standing – only patron area located directly in front of the stage) ticket purchasers, the Fair is making an important change to how PIT tickets are being sold and where PIT patrons will be admitted and permitted to stand.

The PIT’s capacity is being divided equally between two separate and distinct standing room areas: PIT “A” is on the east front side of the stage and PIT “B” is located on the west front side of the stage. Each PIT section will have its own entrance down on the track and are not connected.

When purchasing PIT tickets online by selecting “best available” option, the ticketing system will assign all of your PIT tickets to either Pit “A” or Pit “B”.

If you are planning to meet another PIT ticket purchaser at the show, you will need to know which PIT section your friends have been ticketed for and then when you buy your tickets, choose your ticket by clicking on the SECTION list and look for the appropriate PIT “A” or PIT “B” that matches your friends’ PIT ticket location. The PIT locations are not interchangeable once ticketed.
