M&T Bank grandstand + Quillen Arena

Admission is not included in the purchase of a concert ticket. Everyone, including concertgoers, must purchase a valid ticket of admission to enter the Delaware State Fairgrounds.

  • DELIVERY DELAY: PLEASE NOTE –  All tickets purchased will be sent to you (via etix) 3 days prior to your show date.
  • TICKET LIMIT: You may purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per show (unless otherwise restricted by artist management). If purchasers information is not accurate or valid, The Delaware State Fair is permitted to acquire more information from buyer at their discretion.
  • SECONDARY + THIRD PARTY TICKETS: The Delaware State Fair uses bar code scanning for all M&T Bank Grandstand tickets. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and make certain the seller is a Delaware State Fair ticketing agent. Etix is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of the Delaware State Fair Box Office. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Stubhub, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets which may result in refusal of admission.
  • PIT TICKETS: The Pit’s capacity will now be a unified pit; each ear is split into one two separate and distinct standing room areas: both located at the front of the stage.  When purchasing Pit tickets online, by selecting “best available” option, the ticketing system will assign all of your Pit tickets to either into the pit area.
  • WILL CALL: The Will Call Pick Up is located at the Box Office in the base of the M&T Bank Grandstand (YOU MUST HAVE A GATE ADMISSION TICKET and go through security before entering the fairgrounds to the box office).  The office will be open at 11:00AM and will generally remain open until the start of the headliner’s performance. Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the sales transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo identification is required to claim your tickets. Should there be a name change necessary to pick up the order, please call the Delaware State Fair Box Office at (302) 398-5020 before arriving for the concert.
  • REFUNDS: Tickets for Grandstand events are non-refundable. In the event of a show cancellation where M&T Bank Grandstand Tickets are refunded, Gate Admission tickets will not be refunded. Customers are not required to purchase Gate Admission at the time of purchasing Grandstand Event Tickets. Questions should be directed to the Delaware State Fair Box Office (302) 398-5020.
