PURCHASE & TRANSFER OF STOCK

The 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Dinner meeting at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington is scheduled for Monday, June 3, 2024.

Every primary shareholder is entitled to one (1) 10-day gate pass, regardless of the number of certificates or shares he/she may hold. The pass is good for all 10 days of the Fair. If you were unable to vote your proxy online, please keep that in mind for next year as it is an important part of your shareholder experience here at the Fair.

 

If you are interested in transferring stock, you may print and complete a Stock Transfer Document form below. Please follow the instructions on the form. We will also need your original stock certificate, and you will need to sign the back of the certificate on the bottom right-hand line. A Notary will need to witness your signature on the left-hand line, under “In Presence Of”. (Please use the Lost Stock Affidavit verifying certificate information with our office if you do not have the original stock certificate.) The cost for transferring stock is $10.00 for each new certificate. Stock may only be transferred in whole share increments, no partial or half shares will be assigned.
